  • BASIC CONCEPTS OF DOVA
    • CLIENT
      He is the maximum responsible person of the Company / Organization with the capacity to decide the initial hiring of DOVA in order to carry out the Ethical Audit of the Company / Organization.
    • MASTERS OF CHANGE
      They are the person or persons, according to the selected Contracting Plan, whom the CLIENT designates to be the managers of the Ethics Audit.
    • STUDY AND REPORTS
      The system allows the change master to register a study and assign participants to it. Then the participants must answer some online questionnaires anonymously. The change master eventually closes the study and the system generates an overall ethics audit report based on the responses to the questionnaires.

      Once the study is closed, the change master will be able to generate reports segmenting by groups of participants based on different criteria. You can download a sample of an ethical audit report.

  • FUNCTIONING
    • CONTRACTING A PLAN
      Once you have decided to start the audit in the company / organization, it is convenient to inform the staff that an ethical audit of the company is going to be carried out, for which they will receive two questionnaires, which is of great importance that they are answered by all the people who receive it.

      The process to start the audit is as follows:

      • Request the selected Contracting Plan: Basic, Standard or Premium from the DOVA home page.

      • Fill in the details of the REQUEST OF A PLAN that is opened below, informing you of the Plan Chosen and its cost, with:

        • Number of people to be included in the Ethics Audit. It is recommended to include the entire workforce, or at least 80 percent of it. By including this information, the system calculates the final total price of the Ethics Audit.
        • Organization data.
        • Size and Type of the same using the respective drop-down.
        • Contact person data: THE CLIENT.
        • Acceptance of the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy.

      • Send the REQUEST.

        • This does not imply, at the moment, any payment commitment.

      Once the request is received, DOVA sends a welcome email to the CLIENT confirming the registration of their request, with the specific data of the request and indicating the way to make the payment to the company that owns DOVA: Gestion M.D.S. Inc of Canada, after which, the CLIENT will receive an email from DOVA with their credentials, email and password to access the system to start the process, along with the User Guide for Clients.
    • HOW DOES THE PLATFORM WORK?
      1. The CLIENT designates the Master (s) of Change by sending them an email with which they receive their credentials to access the DOVA system, along with a Use Guide for Masters of Change.

        The CLIENT, if he wishes, can also be a Master of the Change with the sole condition that he uses a specific User Name and not repeated in each case. The email may be the same as the one you used as CLIENT.

      2. The Master of Change initiates the process, first generating a STUDY, for which he must:

        • Review the questionnaires that will be sent to the employees of the Company / Organization to carry out the Ethical Audit, which are two:

          • One of the personal and work data of each employee.
          • Another with ten questions related to his vision of ethical behavior in the company.

        • Prepare the list of emails of the employees to whom the questionnaires will be sent, one by one or by downloading an Excel whose model is provided by the DOVA tool.

        • Send questionnaires to employees and receive their responses.

      3. Once the responses to the questionnaire have been received, the system generates the general STUDY of the Ethical Audit, based on the responses to the ten ethical questions of the entire staff surveyed, with specific details, in addition to the ethical assessment of the responses to each one. of the ten questions. The STUDY can be generated even if 100 percent of the responses have not been received, although the higher the percentage, the more reliable are the audit results.

      4. Once the STUDY is generated, the Master of Change can generate Segmented REPORTS of the areas of the Company / Organization that it considers most significant, for which:

        • It will select, based on the data of the personal and work questionnaire, the segmentation criteria that are the objective of its investigation. Example:

          • By age ranges.
          • For years of seniority in the company.
          • By sex.
          • By professional category.
          • By geographic location.

        • The number of people who meet the segmentation criteria must be at least ten people for a REPORT to be generated.

        • The system selects the answers to the ethical questions of the people of the segmented group and generates a global REPORT of the Ethics Audit of the same, in addition to the ethical evaluation of the answers to each of the ten questions.

      • Number of REPORTS per study: five
      • Personal data questionnaire: Only questions and options can be deleted.
      • Segmentation criteria for reports: It only allows you to choose a value to define a segmentation criteria.
    • STANDARD PLAN
      • License validity: one year
      • Number of Masters of Change allowed: two
      • Number of STUDIES: five throughout the year
      • Number of REPORTS per study: ten
      • Personal data questionnaire: Only questions and options can be deleted.
      • Segmentation criteria for reports: Allows you to choose multiple values to define a segmentation criteria. Example: man and woman.
    • PREMIUM PLAN
      • License validity: one year
      • Number of Masters of Change allowed: unlimited
      • Number of STUDIES: unlimited
      • Number of REPORTS per study: unlimited
      • Personal data questionnaire: You can add and modify questions and the corresponding options. Likewise, as in the rest of the plans, questions and options can be eliminated.
      • Segmentation criteria for reports: Allows you to choose multiple values to define a segmentation criteria. Example: man and woman.

DOVA was created by Prof. Simon L. Dolan. It was inspired by two articles he and his colleague Mr. Avi Liran published in The European Business Review (2016, 2017). The concept has evolved from the principles described in Prof. Dolan books such as: 'Managing by Values' (Dolan et al, 2006), 'Coaching by Values' (Dolan, 2011), and 'Coaching and Leading by Values 2020).
